2021 Commander Comet Syrah

2022 Pugilist at Rest

The Pugilist at Rest Red Wine is a blend of mainly Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) with the remainder Petit Verdot and Merlot. It is forward and juicy with black currants and chocolate covered cherries alongside espresso grounds and herbal accents on the palate. Medium bodied and fresh, enjoy now and over the next few years. 2022 Southwind Vineyard Cabernet Franc

2023 Commander Comet Syrah

"All Syrah, single vineyard, straight as an arrow and packed with raspberry and marionberry fruit. This is pure, unfussy Syrah fermented in native yeast and aged in once-used French oak. It's a pleasure to drink, especially if you (like me) revel in clean, fresh berry flavors. 93/100." Paul Gregutt.  

2023 Sazon Bordeaux Blend

"All the fruit for this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine comes from Andrews, Phinny Hill, and Aquilini vineyards. The aromas boast notes of blueberry, plum, flower, herb and wet gravel, showing crystalline clarity. The palate is reserved, supple, fresh, and tightly wound. The vintage's acidity energizes it. It's a delicious and outrageous value. It's drinking well now but will have a long life ahead of it. Give it a short decant if opening in the near term. 2024 Au Revoir Red Wine

We decided to produce this wine as a big thank you to our customers when our winemaker was at a low point from the side effects of his treatment for prostate cancer and considered quitting the biz. Dave recovered, though, and decided to keep making wine. So, saying goodbye was premature, but the sentiment holds. The vibrant flavors come from a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Petit Verdot sourced from the Discovery and Dionysus vineyards, 

2024 Commander Comet Syrah

The leaner style of this Syrah is a refreshing change of pace. It is sourced entirely from the Discovery Vineyard, has a very dark, purple/red, opaque color, lighter tannins than previous vintages, and a food-friendly level of acid. 

2024 King Cab

This Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced entirely from the Horse Heaven Hills appellation, known for growing great Cabernet, and includes 14 % Merlot to soften the texture. It is a darling of the wine critics for being a great bang for the buck.

2024 Phinny Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

 Never say "never", but this vintage of our Phinny Hill Cab will likely be our last. It is the third of three superb vintages, and the first two sold out quickly. If you liked the previous vintages, we think you will love this one. This wine is also sourced from the oldest  Cabernet block in the vineyard and has classic concentrated black currant flavors, abundant but unobtrusive tannins, and great length.

2024 Sazon Bordeaux Blend

This vintage has a cornucopia of delicious flavors from a blend of 78% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 4% Petit Verdot.

2024 Soleil Bordeaux Blend

This wine is a classic Bordeaux blend of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon and 49% Merlot. It is an easy-drinking, accessible, and food-friendly wine.

2024 The Volunteer Red Wine

After thirty-seven vintages, and as we near retirement, we would like to recognize the volunteers who have been so critical to our success. To that end, we have created this wine to honor them. It is a perfectly balanced, delicious blend of 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 18% Syrah, and 13% Petit Verdot.  Everyone who has ever volunteered with us is eligible for one free bottle of this wine. You can secure your bottle by requesting it in the comments section of your order. The shopping cart will charge for the bottle, but we will refund that cost immediately upon receiving your order.
